This same scene was acted out in the Hindi movie Kya super Kool Hain Hum in which Tusshar Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh  are stranded on their way to goa coz of their faulty car and they wait for a lift. All of a sudden  Riteish Deshmukh starts doing pushups against the side of the car, a passing truck stops and the trucker comes to the car n pushes it off.
