Adele stole lyrics from Tom Waits

Adele's recent single Hello
was accused of stealing lyrics from Tom Wait's 1973 song Martha.

The lyrics are not a complete rip off , the song plays around the same story line i.e calling up a old flame and wondering if they would like to meet up for coffee.

Well to me it seems quiet normal nothing to be accused of plagiarism, there are many songs on the same storyline like

Hinder - Lips Of An Angel - YouTube and many more which I am not able to recall

Khadhalan , Kuruthipunal in the The Dark Knight Batman Trilogy

The second installment of the The Batman Trilogy by Nolan had an interesting plot which reminded me of the Tamil blockbuster film Kadhalan

Below is a vague similarity(not copy) between the Tamil movies
In the Movie Kadhalan (English: Lover) is a 1994 Indian Tamil romantic thriller film.
The Hero Prabhu finds out that there is bomb in a government Hospital and ends up finding the bomb and throwing it out of the bridge. In the process evacuating the patients and causing lot of public mayhem and confusion. Which in The Dark Knight movie, we see the joker pulling something similar by planting a bomb in a hospital and end up blowing it up .
In the third installment i.e the Dark Knight Rises we see the batman finding the bomb and instead of throwing it away from the bridge manages to get it out of the bay , hey you know what reference comes to my mind ? Iron man in the Avengers first movie getting the nuke out of the way of NY and guiding it into the portal. Guess there are more movies having the same line where the Hero saves the city/ village by dismantling a bomb or getting it out of harms way.
